Smart Water vs Life Wtr

In this review, we have a battle of waters, Smart Water vs Life Wtr, and we’re going to find out which one is better! Smart Water is a vapor distilled water and Life Wtr is reverse osmosis distilled water. 

We're gonna test our contenders for three distinct properties:

• Antioxidants
• Alkalinity
• Superior Hydration

Let’s get started!

#1 Antioxidants

The first test we’re going to do is for antioxidants!

And why?

We are surrounded by free radicals who are responsible for cellular dis-balance and oxidation. They are found in the air, electronics, even in the food that we eat.

On the other hand, we know about good chemical compounds that can prevent free radicals from harming our body, and those are called antioxidants.

And antioxidants are found in fruits and vegetables like: 

• Broccoli
• Spinach
• Carrots
• Beetroot

and many more!

So, to neutralize the bad effect of free radicals, we should consume antioxidant-rich food.

But, you don’t want to eat fruits and vegetables all day every day.

We want also our water to help our fruits and veggies to win the battle with free radicals.

Water like that could slow down the aging process, stop rusting in our body, stop inflammation, and ultimately keep us healthy and young.

Let’s find out if Smart Water or Life Wtr is the special water that I am talking about!

ORP Test

ORP stands for oxidation-reduction potential. It basically shows the ability of the water to reduce oxidation of the cells.

If our contenders are oxidizing, our test will show a positive value which means that the water is positively charged. On the other hand, if they contain antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties, we will get a negative value.

Now, let’s see how Smart Water will do!

That’s a pretty bad result.

Maybe Life Wtr will do better?

Unfortunately, Life Wtr had even worse result…

Out of the two, the Smart Water is less oxidizing, but, they are both still oxidizing meaning that they are bad for our health!

#2 Alkalinity

This test is as equally as important as the first one.

Cancer and sickness cannot survive in an alkaline environment. And the environment that we talk about is your body. That’s why you want to consume things that are alkaline and not acidic.

And all the bad food, cigarettes, sodas, and bad water are acidic. So, we want to drink alkaline water that helps our body reach natural, balanced level.

We want our blood to stay slightly alkaline, at the level of 7.365, and by consuming alkaline water our body has no issue of reaching that level.

However, by drinking acidic water, the body does everything to neutralize the waters’ acidity.

How?

By taking the minerals and nutrients from our body, skin, ligaments, and joints.

That’s how we end up with diseases such as:

• Eczema, 
• Brittle bones - osteoporosis,
• Alzheimer's and other mental diseases.

pH Test

To find out if our water is acidic or alkaline, we're going to use pH drops.

Red, orange, or yellow color indicates acidic water that’s doing us harm, while blue, purple, or dark purple indicates water that is either providing minerals or ensuring our body has exactly what it needs.


Let’s see if our contenders are alkaline or acidic!

They are both about even and showing close to a neutral level.

#3 Superior Hydration

We’re going to test both waters for their hydration abilities. And the best way to do that is by using a teabag!

Picture a chain-link fence. If you throw a beach ball at it, the ball will bounce back. However, if you throw a marble, there is a pretty good chance that it will go through and break someones car window.

That’s what our water should be doing. It should be small enough to pass through that fence, or in the case of our body, cellular membrane.

Let’s go ahead and see if our contenders actually absorb into the tea bag and pull out the nutrients. We use this as an example to see how it's going to hydrate us at a cellular level. 

Smart Water definitely can’t pass through the teabag.

Maybe Life Wtr will do better?

Same here. Both of these have difficulties passing through the bag and making tea.

Neither one of these are good when it comes to hydrating us.
