Today, we are going to do a Crystal Geyser Bottle Water Review!
So, how are we going to do that?
Well, we’re going to test Crystal Geyser Bottle Water against my favorite water - let’s call it electric water.
The test consists of three specific properties:
- Antioxidants
- Alkalinity/Acidity
- Superior Hydration
With that being said, let’s begin with the first test!
1. Antioxidants
Denham Harman, the scientist who found the cause of aging, described free radicals in 1956 as Pandora’s box of evil to which most cellular damage could be attributed.
Free radicals are very unstable molecules or atoms that have one or more unpaired electrons in the outer shell. Their unpaired electrons cause them to give or take electrons to other molecules and this is what makes them highly reactive.
Simply put, free radicals cause cellular inflammation, and thus accelerate the aging process, and are responsible for almost all diseases that our body fights.
Free radicals are all around us. In the air, in the water we drink, in the food we eat, even in the technology we use.
To prevent the negative impact of free radicals on our body, we need to consume antioxidants.
The role of antioxidants in the body is to protect cells from oxidation.
The most important antioxidants can be taken with food and food supplements.
To test if our water is oxidizing our cells, or has antioxidative properties, we’re going to use an ORP meter.
ORP METER
ORP stands for oxidative-reduction potential and indicates the potential to reduce oxidation.
If we get a positive value, that means that our water is creating oxidation, thus making us sicker and speeds up aging.
On the other hand, a negative value indicates antioxidative water that keeps us young, healthy, and protected!
Let’s start with Crystal Geyser Bottle Water:
Well, that doesn’t look good. Crystal Geyser Bottle water came up with a high positive value of 230+, which is indicating that this water causes oxidation and cellular inflammation.
And how about the water that I’m drinking?
Let’s find out if my “electric” water will do better:
Wow! My electric water came up with a huge negative value, meaning that it has antioxidative properties that help us stay young and healthy!
Next test - Alkalinity!
2. Alkalinity
Why is this test important?
Well, cancer and disease can not survive in an alkaline environment.
That’s why we want to make sure we’re consuming slightly alkaline foods and beverages.
On the other hand, if we are consuming things that are acidic, well, they will eat the minerals and nutrients we need for the normal functioning of our body.
It is important to mention our blood.
Blood has to maintain a pH level of 7.365.
By consuming acidic “nutrients”, our blood has a tough time keeping the natural balance.
Blood will literally eat away the minerals from our bones, joints, ligament, and brain, causing a lot of health issues and diseases, such as osteoporosis, and even Alzheimer’s.
Now, by consuming alkaline foods and water, blood doesn’t have to “rob” our body to stay at the desired pH level.
pH Test
To see if Crystal Geyser Bottle Water is alkaline or acidic, we’re going to use indication drops.
If the color changes to yellow, orange, or red - that’s an indicator of acidic water.
Blue, light purple, and dark purple indicate alkaline water, and that’s what we want to see.
Let’s begin!
Crystal Geyser Bottle Water shows up around 8, which is not too bad, while the electric water that I’m drinking is completely alkaline.
But, is Crystal Geyser Bottle Water really alkaline as it is showing?
If we blow some air into it, the water color might change and show us its real alkalinity/acidity level. If the color doesn’t change, that means it is truly alkaline.
As you can see, the Crystal Geyser Bottle Water did change the color, meaning it has a hard time fighting acidity.
3. Superior Hydration
Our final test is for Superior Hydration.
For this test, we’re going to use a tea-bag, which represents our cells.
If the water is good at hydrating us, it should have no trouble entering a teabag, pulling out the nutrients, and basically - making tea.
However, if the water doesn’t make tea, it indicates that such water is not good at hydrating us.
The first and third cup was filled with Crystal Geyser Bottle Water, while second and fourth is made with electric water.
It is obvious that Crystal Geyser Bottle Water has a hard time making tea, which means it is bad for hydrating us.
Electric water, on the other hand, had no issue entering the teabag and instantly making tea. Such water hydrates you completely and fast, while Crystal Geyser Bottle Water just sits in your stomach, and makes you feel bloated.
Conclusion: Crystal Geyser Bottle Water Review
We tested Crystal Geyser Bottle Water for three specific properties.
The first test showed us that Crystal Geyser Bottle Water is oxidizing us, thus making us sicker.
The second test showed that this water is at a neutral pH level, and we want it to be alkaline.
The final test for Superior Hydration proved that Crystal Geyser Bottle Water has a hard time hydrating us.
