Does Aquafina Have Salt In It?
Well, the answer to that question is - no!
In fact, it doesn’t contain anything of nutritional value.
Aquafina is a reverse-osmosis water. During the production process, it was stripped of all the minerals and nutrients it had.
Of course, viruses, bacteria, and pathogens were also removed to ensure water safety, but the downside is that there are no more minerals important for our health.
However, the water acts as a scavenger. It is looking for minerals to reach its natural balance.
And how it does it?
By taking the minerals from our body to reach its natural state.
