Is Core Hydration Water Good For You?

In today's review, we're going to find out is CORE Hydration water good for you?

To find the answer to that question, we’re going to put Core Hydration water to a couple of tests:

  • Oxidation
  • Acidity/Alkalinity
  • Superior Hydration

These are the main 3 properties that determine if the water is good or bad for your body.

So let’s start with the first one, oxidation!

Oxidation

Our water should be an antioxidant. But what are antioxidants and why are they so important?

Free radicals are molecules and atoms found under the influence of various factors such as:

  • smoking
  • exposure radiation
  • UV rays
  • polluted air
  • chemical pollution
  • radioactive waste

Free radicals create aging, oxidation, and cellular inflammation in the body that leads to every sickness known to men.

But how can we fight the negative effect of free radicals?

Antioxidants neutralize free radicals by donating their electron and thus interrupt the chain reaction of "stealing" electrons from nutrients and minerals that our body needs.

Antioxidants are powerful compounds that protect us, keep us young and healthy.

They are essentially a fountain of youth.

That’s why we should make sure that our water is antioxidizing.

Is Core Hydration Water antioxidizing?

Let’s see.

ORP Test

We're going to check that using an ORP meter.

By inserting a probe into the water, we’re going to get a number. The lower the number is (negative) - the better. However, if we get a positive number, it is a pretty good indication that our water is doing us harm.

We got a high positive number which means that Core Hydration water is oxidizing us.

This means that we should not consume this water.

But is there water that actually shows up negative as an antioxidant?

Let’s check how the water that I am personally consuming will do!

We're getting a negative 790!

This water is full of antioxidants and protects your health from the negative effects caused by free radicals.

Let's go ahead and do another test.

Alkalinity/Acitidy

We want to ensure that our body stays in a slightly alkaline state. If our body gets too acidic, it's going to allow toxicity to build up and lead to more sickness, aging, and disease.

How can we test if Core Hydration water is acidic or alkaline?

By using pH drops.

If we put these drops in and the water color changes to red, orange, or yellow, it is an indicator of acidity. It is eating electrolytes and minerals in our body needed for recovery and maintaining health.

A blue, purple, or a dark purple color indicate alkaline water, meaning that the water is providing nutrients and ensuring stable mineral balance.

pH test

Let's put some drops into Core Hydration water and find out!

Something strange happened. If you look closely, the water started from bright orange color to light blue.

Why did it act this way?

Core Hydration water is purified by reverse osmosis, a process that removes everything from the water. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Not just the bad stuff, but also the minerals and nutrients that our body needs.

So, to restore the waters natural balance and taste, artificial minerals like calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and baking soda are added.

Unfortunately for Core Hydration water, there is a simple trick that uncovers the real pH level!

Straw Trick!

Introducing an organic component, by blowing some air into the water, will show its real acidity.

Let’s see how that works!

As you see, it practically turns yellow! It happens because it's trying to fight off the oxidation and the free radicals I'm putting into it.

The problem is that inorganic salts added to Core Hydration water are not able to fight it off. They act more like a makeup hiding the real deal.

But if you're wondering if there's water that can actually have a nice purple color - there is.

We talked about antioxidants, alkalinity, and the third property we’re gonna talk about is superior hydration.

Superior Hydration

The water should be able to hydrate on a cellular level. The water particles should be small enough to penetrate the cells and bring in the nutrients that our body needs.

It shouldn’t just sit in our stomach making us feel bloated.

How will we test if the water can really hydrate us? By a simple trick using a teabag!

Our water should be able to push through, get into the teabag, collect the nutrients and make a tea.

This teabag is just a representation of us trying to hydrate ourselves. Let's go ahead and see how Core Hydration water does.

Nothing happens. Core Hydration water isn’t making any tea, meaning that it is not hydrating us on a cellular level.

And how about the water I’m drinking? Will it make tea? Let’s see for ourselves!

Let's say you're taking supplements with your water.

You want it to get into your bloodstream quickly to reap some benefits. Unfortunately, Core Hydration water is not the right water for that.

Conclusion

Ultimately, is Core Hydration water good for you?

No.

And we didn't even talk about the money you're wasting. Not mentioning destroying the environment because of the plastic.

I highly do not recommend drinking Core Hydration water.

But if you want to know more about the water that I’m drinking, I made a report about the five properties every healthy water has. I personally use these tools in my life right now!
