In today’s review, we’re going to find out is distilled water good for you?
The answer is no, and I’ll show you a couple of tricks that will help you visualize why is it bad.
The first test we’re going to do is the electro-conductivity test.
Using a simple device we’re going to close the electrical circuit by inserting probes into different fruits and vegetables.
But, how can fruit or vegetable close an electrical circuit?
Well, thanks to the electrolytes inside the fruits and veggies. Let me show you an example.
The electrolytes from this banana closed the electric circle and we’ve got light! Now, let's try lemon.
The same thing happens. How about the regular tap water?
The light showed up again!
All these things are living and contain electrolytes and minerals like potassium and magnesium that allow them to live.
On the other hand, distilled water has none. It contains absolutely nothing. But to be fair, we have to test it.
Nothing happened. Even the tap water that I don’t recommend drinking has some minerals and nutrients in it.
That said, distilled water is basically dead water that contains nothing good for our consumption.
Distilled water was once full of minerals, but due to the distillation process, it was robbed of everything that it had.
And because water acts as a scavenger, it will “rob” the minerals from your skin, bones, joints, and ligaments to reach its natural balance.
In addition to that, distilled water is also very acidic.
To prove that statement, we’re going to use pH drops. Red, orange, or yellow color indicates acidic water that’s doing us harm, while blue, purple, or dark purple indicates water that is either providing minerals or ensuring our body has exactly what it needs.
We want our water to test out purple to keep our body in an alkaline environment. Unfortunately, distilled water is very acidic and this test confirmed it.
This leads to many health issues down the road so I highly recommend not drinking this water.
You’re gonna start feeling different health issues and all because this water is not meant for human consumption.
It is meant for your irons, distillers, humidifiers, cars, and industrial machines because it has no minerals that can cause clogs and malfunction.
Do not consume this water.
