Is Smart Water Good For You?

Is Smart Water good for you?

I'm going to answer that question by providing you some data. We're going to test Smart Water for 3 different properties:

  • Antioxidants
  • Alkalinity
  • Hydration Ability

So, the first thing to determine if Smart Water is good for us is - oxidation!

Oxidation

Is Smart Water oxidizing us? Or is it an antioxidant.

You are surrounded by free radicals that are found in the air,  electronics, even in the food that we eat. Free radicals are responsible for cellular disbalance and oxidation.

They cause the once healthy cell to become inflamed which results in the cells' inability to release the bad content and to take in the necessary nutrients.

All these free radicals, come in and they create oxidation and inflammation of the body.  Oxidation and inflammation are responsible for every disease known to man.

So, is our water actually oxidizing us? Or is it an antioxidant?

To prove that the Smart Water is definitely causing oxidation, we’re going to put it to an ORP meter test.

If it's oxidizing our test will show a positive value which means that the water is positively charged. On the other hand, if it has antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging impact, it will show a negative value.

As you can see, the results are in the +230's area which means that Smart Water is creating oxidation and making you sick.

Just to prove that our electrolyzes reduced water is not doing the same, we’re going to test it as well! Let's see if we get a positive number or a negative number.

As you can see, this water is showing a negative number and is very anti-oxidizing. It is good for your body, it is stopping oxidation and inflammation and making you healthier in general.

Alkalinity and Acidity

The next test that we're about to do is going to show us if Smart Water is acidic or alkaline? We all know that we are born in an alkaline environment and we stay slightly alkaline through our life.

Acidic water is eating all the electrolytes and minerals that it comes into contact with. That means fewer good nutrients for us.

We're going to put a few pH drops in the water to see will it turn red, orange, or yellow, which detects acidic water, or blue, purple, or dark purple, which means it's alkaline.

The reason why we care about this is that if we are consuming anything alkaline, our body is going to keep the alkalinity and reduce the chances of different health issues.

At the same time if it's acidic, our body's going to have to provide electrolytes by taking them from our skin, our joints, ligaments, and bones, and even from our brain.

Some of the diseases caused by the lack of minerals and nutrients eaten by an acidic environment are:

  • Eczema,

  • Brittle bones - osteoporosis,

  • Harmful brain effect that can lead to Alzheimer's and other mental diseases.

So let’s begin with our test!

Well, the result is definitely not the best. Right?

But let’s check our alkaline water.

Much better!

Hydration Ability

The last test I did on Smart Water shows us if Smart Water is actually hydrating us, or just sitting in our stomach.

How?

By a simple trick using a teabag!

Imagine grabbing a beach ball and throwing it at a chain-link fence.  What's going to happen? That ball's going to bounce back.

However, if you throw a marble it’s going to go through. Unless you’re really unlucky :)

Our water should be the same way. That chain link fence is essentially our cells linked together. Water should be able to pass through.

So when it comes to finding out if Smartwater is good for you, we need to see if it actually hydrates us on a cellular level. If the water particles are small enough, it should be able to pass through the teabag and pull out the nutrients that make tea.

It seems that nothing happened. You know that feeling when you drink water and it just sits in your stomach? You feel full and heavy? This happens to your body as well.

You might say, “Hey, but you have to boil water to make tea, right?”

But what if you didn't have to boil your water all this time? Let me show you.

And I know you're thinking. LaPrentiss... You're cheating, the bag was already wet.

All right, fair enough. Let’s give Smart Water one more chance?

Conclusion

Is Smartwater good for you?

We found out that Smart Water is oxidizing us, thus making us sicker.

The pH level wasn't as good as it could be, and we see that it has a tough time trying to hydrate us.

Your water should be not just smart, but it should be the best water.

That's why I highly recommend not drinking this water.
