In today’s review, we’re gonna go through some things to determine, is Smart Water healthy for you?
We will go through 6 different factors to help us determine if this brand is good for your wellness and health.
So let’s get started!
Do you know how banana turns from a bright green color to yellow ,and then brown as it age?
Well, the same thing is happening in our body. Free radicals, chemical compounds responsible for oxidation, are taking away the electrons from healthy cells to stabilize themselves.
However, this causes oxidation and inflammation of our cells, and those states are linked to every single disease known to men.
Luckily, we known about antioxidants, which give away that extra electron to free radicals in order to make them stable.
But how can we find out if Smart Water is creating oxidation and inflammation?
By using a device called ORP meter.
What this device does is that it is showing a numeral value. The lower the number is, or better say the more negative the number is, the better the water is for our health. However, a high positive number is a pretty good indicator of oxidative water.
Let’s test Smart Water and see what we get!
As you can see, Smart Water is oxidizing and causing sickness in our body.
Our body needs to stay in a slightly alkaline environment. If we consume acidic food and water, they will eat the electrolytes and minerals that our body needs.
To find out if Smart Water is acidic or alkaline, we’re going to use phenol indicator drops.
If the water turns red, orange, or yellow, we know that it is acidic. On the other hand, blue, purple, and dark purple indicates alkaline water.
Unfortunately, Smart Water is acidic and it is robbing us and our food from minerals and nutrients that we need.
Smart Water has a tuff time hydrating us.
The water molecules are simply too big and positively charged, that much that it is not even able to penetrate the teabag.
Why is this important demonstration?
Well, if it can’t pass through a teabag and make tea, how will it pass through a much smaller cell membrane and bring in the nutrients and push out the toxins?
Smart Water just doesn’t have it and it is unable to hydrate you as it should be.
4. Water Content
The Smart Water is a vapor distilled water, which means that during the production, it was stripped of all natural minerals and nutrients that it comes with.
So, the producers add different artificial minerals to balance the water out.
- Calcium chloride (salt used to de-ice the roads),
- Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda),
- Magnesium Sulfate (Dead Sea salt).
All these are salts, and it is known that salts actually dehydrate you.
Water acts as a scavenger. From the moment it is contained in the plastic bottle, it starts to eat out the plastic container.
This process creates a known carcinogen called Xenoestrogen.
75% of men and women who had breast cancer, had too much Xenoestrogen in their body.
Not only that this water is bad for your health for all those points we’ve made above, but the worst part is that we are paying for it!
