Is Smart Water Just Distilled Water?

People often ask me: Is Smart Water just distilled water?

And my answer is - Yes.

Smart Water is basically a vapor distilled water. Heating it turns the water into steam, and then cooling the steam down lets the producer contain it.

This process makes the water very acidic. All the minerals and nutrients get left out as a result.

The pH test shows if the water we are testing is acidic or alkaline. Cancerous tissues cannot survive in an alkaline environment. The more alkaline our body is, the more capable it is to fight off disease and sickness. Acidic water eats all the electrolytes and minerals that it comes into contact with. That means fewer good nutrients for us, meaning that our goal is to consume alkaline water.

Lack of those nutrients can cause diseases as:

  • Eczema,
  • Brittle bones - osteoporosis,
  • Harmful brain effect that can lead to Alzheimer's and other mental diseases.
  • Companies add minerals to change the taste. Such water contains:

    • Calcium Chloride - Used to de-ice roads
    • Magnesium Chloride - Inorganic salt
    • Potassium Bicarbonate - Baking soda

And, although these are minerals, our body has a tough time breaking these things down.

    Why?

    Because they are inorganic.

I recommend not using these waters for long periods of time.

And because of the Xenoestrogen found in the plastic bottles, that release over time, especially in the sun or higher temperatures, you should avoid consuming it on a daily bases.

75% of men and women who ended up having breast cancer were having high levels of  Xenoestrogen.

    Conclusion

There are better waters out there, don't pay for this.

Be smart about the waters you’re drinking. Remember, if you change your water, you can change your world.
