Does Aquafina Have Salt In It?
Well, the answer to that question is - no!
In fact, it doesn’t contain anything of nutritional value.
Aquafina is a reverse-osmosis water. During the production process, it was stripped of all the minerals and nutrients it had.
Of course, viruses, bacteria, and pathogens were also removed to ensure water safety, but the downside is that there are no more minerals important for our health.
However, the water acts as a scavenger. It is looking for minerals to reach its natural balance.
And how it does it?
By taking the minerals from our body to reach its natural state.
So, the minerals that build our skin, bones, even brain, are getting robbed and simply flushed out.
Aquafina doesn’t have salt in it. It has no nutritional value, and by drinking it for longer periods of time you are risking your health.
